There are 30 8ft tables available COST is $15 per table PREPAID
consisting a basic 2 long wall table sets of 12 and 8 table coral in the middle and 4 back wall tables .
All perpaid vendors will recieve 2 weeks prior to the show you will be mailed a packet with address, contact numbers and email, and numbered table assignment(s)
SETUP FRIDAY 9/28/12 The doors will be open @ 11 am show starts at 3pm . If you need more set up time please let me know in advance ...
Parking is to be across the street, there is a gravel lot I hope to reserve for vendors otherwise other close parking will be worked out....

SATURDAY 9/29/12 the vendors will have access @ 7am . FREE DONUTS and COFFEE...... After the show there will be plenty of time to tear down we will not rush you out ..
The building is a nicley spaced climate controlled building . there should be plenty of room to move about and for the dealers to work.

FOOD-- YES **The VFW will have their kitchen area setup and food will be available prices and menu to be determined...**
I am hoping for a good turn out and to raise some money for the VFW at the same time . As well as make it a PROFITABLE day(s) for the vendors as well.. All goes well this will be a Spring // Fall show.
